Throughout my career I lead projects and organisations in the midst of crises or change. In doing so, I have found a natural ability to support others through transitions and opening to the next stage of evolution for their organization or project. It is not that I bring specific approaches or methodologies, but that I listen for the wisdom that is already held by the people that make up the organization or group to see what is waiting to emerge and what could be let go of. And then I capture, collate and connect what arises to create actionable strategies, processes and systems.

Ellara Group was created to support organisations who are working to find more sustainable ways to take care of each other and the Earth. We support them in developing the strategic, operational and project management capacity to enact the change they were created to make.

• Certificate in Financial Analysis / Investment Management from the University of Toronto

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMI)

• 20+ years’ experience in project management, programme management, operations management in non-profit, government and engineering organisations.
