Amanda Smith
I have spent 25 years supporting organisations and projects working to improve environmental and human health. Along the way, I have learned that a great mission isn't enough to create meaningful impact. Organisations also need clear and effective ways of working - from their operations and governance to how they manage and deliver projects.
My work brings together experience in civil and environmental engineering, sustainability, complex project delivery, and charity leadership and governance. I now use that experience to support charities and organisations working in climate change, conservation and regeneration and reconnection with the natural world.
I often work with organisations during periods of growth, transition or change. I bring a calm, practical and structured approach to understanding the different aspects of a situation, identifying what is needed and working with people to put new structures in place.
