About us

Amanda Smith

I have over 20 years of experience, including 15 years supporting the operations of charities and non-profit organisations in operations, interim leadership, board trustee and volunteer roles.

My background in engineering, project management and financial analysis allows me to grasp the financial, legal and technical implications of organisational change and operations. And my skills in facilitating diverse stakeholder groups and creating systems help me guide groups through complexity towards implementation and progress.

My experience also includes: leading the procurement of $1.5 billion of major infrastructure projects for government clients, including stadium projects for Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games, shepherding the creation of a sustainability framework for a large-scale urban development and developing conferences and resources designed to bring together disparate stakeholder groups on issues of urban sustainability.
